Ordering & Products

Do I need to know exactly what I want before I order?

No. Choose your item, then add the name, date, or message you want engraved at checkout. If you're not sure, contact us and we'll help.

Can I order just one item?

Yes. There's no minimum order. If you need several of the same item for an event or business, contact us for bulk pricing.

What materials do you engrave?
We engrave metal, wood, glass, and leather, depending on the product. Check each product page for the exact material used.

Personalising Your Order

How do I personalise my item?
Most products have two options: a text box for your name, date, or message, and an upload option for your own image or logo. Add these when you order.
What file types can I upload for my logo or image?
[PNG, JPG, or PDF] work best. For the cleanest engraving, use a clear, high-resolution image.
Will I see my design before it's engraved?
[Confirm your real process here.] For custom logos, we may contact you to confirm the design before we engrave it.
Can you help me if I don't have a logo or design ready?
Yes. Contact us and tell us what you have in mind. We'll help you work out the best way to personalise your item.
Do you take bulk orders for weddings, schools, or businesses?
Yes. Bulk orders are one of our specialties. Contact us for a quote.

Shipping

Do you ship across Australia?

Yes. We ship to every state and territory in Australia.

How much does shipping cost?
Small items ship for a flat $6. Parcel items are $10. If you need it faster, express shipping is $15.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are engraved the same day you order and shipped the next business day.
What about Temple & Prayer items?
Temple & Prayer cabinets are large, so they take longer to make and cost more to ship — shipping is $300. We recommend contacting us before you order, so we can confirm the details for your address.
Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll get an email with your tracking link once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Every item we make is personalised or custom-engraved for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. Since it's made just for your order, we're not able to resell it.

What if my order arrives faulty or wrong?

Contact us straight away with a photo of the item. If it's faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we'll fix it, replace it, or refund it.

Care & Maintenance

Will the engraving fade or wear off?

No. Laser engraving cuts into the surface of the item. It won't fade, peel, or wash off like a sticker or a printed design.

How do I care for leather items like wallets and hats?

ipe clean with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Keep leather away from soaking water and direct heat, and it'll last for years.

Are engraved tumblers and drinkware dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing to keep the engraving and finish looking sharp. Dishwashers can dull the surface over time.

How do I care for temple and prayer items?
